Is this just a ChatGPT workshop with extra steps?

No. This is a Claude-specific intensive. ChatGPT and Claude are not the same tool — they reason differently, have different strengths, and Claude has capabilities (Projects, Memory, Skills, MCP, sub-agents, Computer Use) that ChatGPT doesn't have or does worse. We teach Claude exhaustively, including the integrations and workflows the chat interface doesn't expose.

What is the reschedule or transfer policy?

No refunds, two flexible options instead: reschedule your seat to a future Goodman Tech workshop date at no extra cost, or transfer it to a colleague, friend, or family member by emailing workshops@goodmantechsolutions.com at least 48 hours before the workshop. If we cancel or move a date, your seat carries over with priority booking.

Do I need Claude Pro?

Yes — Claude Pro is required. The full workshop runs inside Claude Pro; the free tier hits message limits within roughly 90 minutes of the Build Lab. Pro is around USD 20/month (about ₱1,100) — sign up at claude.ai/pricing at least a day before your workshop date.

What should I bring?

Your own laptop, a Claude Pro account, a notebook, and a valid government-issued ID for building security at Zone Offices. The workspace and workshop materials are provided.

Is food included?

Snacks and coffee are served. Lunch is not included — the workshop runs 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM, so eat before you arrive. Doors open at 12:30 PM.

Do I get a certificate?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a Goodman Tech Certificate of Completion in both digital and printed formats. The printed copy is handed over at the end of the workshop; the digital version arrives by email within 48 hours.

Is there parking at Zone Offices BGC?

Accepted Answer

Paid parking is available on-site and at nearby buildings (Uptown Mall, Bonifacio Stopover). GrabCar drop-off is easiest.

Do I need any AI experience?

Zero formal experience required. Whether you've never opened Claude or you're a daily ChatGPT user switching over, Module 01 levels everyone; Modules 02–04 challenge even experienced Claude users.
